  28. Well, considering you gave a bogus email address, it is kind of hard to 
  29. respond to you without posting in the newsgroup.

  31. We have Bell Atlantic here, and they told us that they wouldn't guarantee 
  32. anything over 19,200.  We routinely get 24k and 26.4k connects with 
  33. occassional 28.8k connects (very rare) and the occasional 21.6k (my cheap 
  34. infotel clone).  We use Cardinals and Multi-techs at our site, and the 
  35. multi-techs connect with other multi-techs consistently at 26.4 and 28.8.

  37. USR Sportsters consistently cause problems, bad connects, dropped connects 
  38. right after connect.  We have had several users get rid of their sportsters 
  39. because of this and move to Cardinals (damn good price too).
